Buttercake

Ingredients

125g self raising flour
125g caster sugar
125g butter/margerine
100g Ideal milk
4 eggs size A
1 tbsp vanilla essence

Method

1. Beat caster sugar + butter until fluffy
2. Add eggs one by one
3. Add vanilla essence
4. Add flour alternating with milk

Bake in 180C oven for about 30mins (13-15 mins for cupcakes)
