1 lb butter
5 eggs
550gram sugar (250gram pukul dengan telor) dan lagi 300 gram untuk dijadikan gula hangus
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbs vanilla
1 kati tepung(600gram)
1 lb raisin
8 oz red glazed cheeries ( cut it into 6 juga) Kalau still rasa besar cut it into 8
8 oz green glazed cheeries ( cut it into 6 juga)
Cara-cara
- Pukul telor dan 250 gram gula sampai putih.
- Pukul butter sampai putih, add vanilla.
- Add telor mix with butter.
- Add tepung mix with baking powder and baking soda, cream of tartar dan nutmeg.(ayak).
- Melt gula with no water over slow fire. Selepas jadi gula hangus .. masukkan 1/4 cup air kedalamnya skit-sedikit.Masa masukkan air kena hati2 sebab dia macam meruap, masukkan skit-skit.
- Masukkan gula hanggus kedalam mixture, kacau cepat2 takut nanti berketul.
- Masukkan raisin, dan cheeries.( raisin dan cheeries nie di gaul dengan sedikit adunan tepung tadi)
- Kukus selama 4 jam.
